It was a great trip. Delta was on time, the hotel suite with two bathrooms was perfect for traveling with teenage girls, and breakfast was convenient though limited due to COVID. Grounds, pool, and beach were beautiful and the shuttle made exploring easy. The only challenge was getting rideshare apps to recognize the hotel’s location, but otherwise it was wonderful. On another note, we switched destinations just one day before departure, and Diane took it in stride and made it happen. Amazing, professional, and so good at her job.
